We accept cancellation of orders before product shipment or production (usually orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment processing). If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

Once you receive the return label from our customer service, please send the product back within 14 days. After we receive the returned product and verify its accuracy, we will issue a full refund.
If the customer returns the product within 14 to 30 days after receiving the return label, or if the returned product is missing accessories/has appearance damage, they will be charged a restocking fee (15% of the original product price). If the customer returns the product more than 30 days after receiving the return label, they will be charged a 25% restocking fee. If the customer intentionally damages the product, the return fee may be as high as 50%.
If you receive free items or gifts at the time of purchase, you can return or keep them with the package. If you choose to keep the product, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund.
